MCVC AGM Friday 20th March 2026
You are cordially invites you to attend the Charities Annual General Meeting (AGM), to be held at Silverwood Miners Resource Centre commencing 11 o’clock.
The AGM is an opportunity for members to receive information about the Charities performance, understand its vision for the future, finances and to vote on important matters. Should you have matters for raising/discussion please raise them with the Executive Chairman in writing or verbally no later than midday 4th March 2026. A light buffet lunch will be severed after the meeting.
The following items will be on the agenda for the AGM:
- Lt Col John Dawson MBE Trust Vice Chair standing down
- Executive Chairmans report
- MCVC financial statements for the year ended 2025
