MCVC Receives generous donation from Rotherham Freemasons

The MCVC were very pleased to receive a substantial cheque from the Freemasons (Sandbeck Lodge) last night.  The cheque was presented to Lt Col McPherson by the master of the lodge after giving a short presentation about veterans in general and the MCVC in particular.  The photo shows Col Mac presenting the cheque to Maj Adie Hunt DL REME who chairs the MCVC finance committee.  Keeping an eye on both of them was our chairman Mr Moffatt MBE!

Col Mac was keen to point out how well he had been hosted and looked after by all those he met.  The MCVC are very grateful for the donation and will ensure it is put to good effect supporting veterans in the Rotherham area.
