Shop local with late night opening and free parking

Late night shoppingYou’ve now got extra time to shop local and catch up on your Christmas shopping with late night opening in Rotherham Town Centre next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Many of our independent and national retailers will be staying open later, including Kinzo, Jaded Heart, Hygge, The Makers Emporium, Stems, B&M, Wilko, Card Factory and more.

It’s also free parking from 4pm in all RMBC Town Centre car parks and on-street bays.

Why not take a stroll over to All Saints’ Square and take a look at the fabulous ‘Light & Hope’ light installation on the Minster. More details can be found here.

Christmas Craft Market this Saturday

free parkingDon’t forget it’s the Christmas Craft Market on Effingham Street this Saturday, featuring a mix of festive gifts and goodies from local makers, artists, crafters and bakers.

You can also park for free on Saturday’s in all RMBC on-street bays and off-street car parks too.

Letters to Santa and Festive Fun Trail!

trailHave you written your letter to Father Christmas yet? We have a special letter box located at The Makers Emporium on High Street for you to drop your letters off!

While you’re there, why not pick up a festive fun trail sheet. Find all ten Christmas Characters in shop windows around the town centre for your chance to win a prize.

Once you’ve found all ten characters, simply add your contact details to the back of your trail sheet and hand it in to staff at the Makers Emporium.
