Demolition works begin at Riverside Precinct

Forge Island conceptWorks to prepare Riverside Precinct and Chantry Buildings for demolition are now underway as part of a key milestone in the development of the Forge Island leisure scheme.

The works will open up the space & transform the landscape, offering wonderful views towards the Minster.

Located on Douglas Street, Kinzo are open every day from 8am to 6pm and serve a range of delicious dishes for breakfast and lunch, including homemade sandwiches, wraps, pasta, soups, jacket potatoes and even afternoon tea.

Their coffee is roasted right here in Yorkshire and goes perfectly with a slice of cake which you can enjoy in one of the comfy armchairs while you admire the quirky decor.

Rotherham to host UEFA Women’s Euros in 2022

Riverside Car Park closure

Riverside car parkPlease note that Riverside car park, which is accessed off Corporation street, will be closed for 10 weeks.

Diversions are also in place for pedestrians accessing Forge Island car park from Corporation Street.
